Being fair to your customers will lead to them putting their whole hearted trust in you. Many of them will return to you for their online needs, and you’ll gain referrals.
It’s easy to find out about someone’s reputation with so much customer feedback on the net. Just remember your reputation precedes you. Your reputation should be one of honesty and integrity with an emphasis on customer care. This will enure that you draw in twice as many customers and make twice as much money.
