Website flipping is all about creating a website, and then selling it to the highest bidder. Is there real money in this “game”? People who make this kind of money, usually know how to get a very good price for the websites they produce. Apart from that, they have the experience to make websites really fast. So thats more sites to sell, at a higher price.
Let me give you an example for your own situation. You could start with building and selling one website. You’d have to buy a domain name, which costs around ten dollars. Then you have your hosting, let’s say another five dollars. All the templates you need you can find online for free. And with modern tools, building the actual site will cost you around one hour.
You invested 15 bucks and one hour of your time. Now you try to sell your site, and someone bids 50 dollars for it. You may think that’s not a lot.. But hey, it’s a 35 dollar profit for one hour of work! And you could easily and rapidly repeat this process and multiply your profits.
By the time you get used to doing this, you will also gain experience. You will start to notice which kind of websites sell for the highest price, and the quickest. Once you gather this information you can act upon it, producing the websites that are in demand.
Of course, another skill that comes with experience is speed. In the example we said that building a website costs you one hour. But if you have made ten of them, you will notice that you get the hang of it, and higher your output. That means selling more websites in the same time, and therefore more profit for you.
