1. Energy in motion is E-motion. Any time you feel strong positive emotions about something you are experiencing the grander version of yourself - the bigger you. Pay attention to the way you feel. Your emotions put power to thought; your feelings are fuel to your physical body. The more charged up you get, the more fuel you’re adding to the fire. You cannot be living on purpose unless you feel the fuel that comes from strong positive emotions.
2. You’re inspired. When I watched Rocky for the first time, it just spun me out of control. I was so wound up after seeing Rocky defeat Apollo that I cried. It was inspiring. It was the drive of the human spirit that really lit me up. And that’s what I’m all about - I want to see everyone (including myself) rise out of struggle and come out on top. Any time you’re inspired, you’re “in spirit.” Follow your inspiration to live a purpose-filled life.
What is your inspiration? Which characters in what movies?
3. Have you ever lost time? Have you ever been in one of those moments when you were in the flow? A moment when you forgot to eat, forgot to sleep or just completely in your own element? Recognize those moments; they are yours and will unlock you’re deeper purpose in life - your true-life mission.
Can you remember the last time you were in the flow?
4. You fall in love with what you do. When you’re heart sings then you can be certain that you’re living on purpose. You can fall in love with a person, but you can also fall in love with an idea. Maybe it’s an idea that you have or the idea of working on something; something that you really love to do. When you really love what you’re doing, you’re living on purpose.
