Alan Eugene Jackson, was born on October 17, 1958 in Newnan, Georgia. Throughout Alan Jackson’s career in American country, he has sold over 50 million records. He was very much influenced by traditional country of the 80s and in return was one of the most popular country singer’s in the 90s.

Alan Jackson was able to blend both his honky-tonk style of country music with the traditional mainstream country music that you hear today. These sounds were what made him very unique and made him so popular.being so popular has enable Alan Jackson to write 12 studio albums and many other compilations which are on Arista Nashville label.

Throughout Alan Jackson’s long musical career, 50 of his singles reached the top 30 charts on the Billboard country charts. Out of these 50 that made the charts, 25 of them were the number one spot. Because of the awesome songwriting visibility to seeing and to move the crowd he was nominated for many awards and was inducted into the Georgia music Hall of Fame in the year 2001.

Alan Jackson was not an only child, he had four older sisters. He was said through an old wives cell that while growing up Alan Jackson like to only listen to gospel music and therefore did not really have much music in his life as a child. However, this all changed as he got a little older. One of his friends introduced him to some artists such as Gene Watson and Hank Williams Junior. After that is low for that style of music grew and after high school he created a band.

So in 1987 gallons Jackson releases very first album, and it was entitled new traditional. In 1989 he was able to put together another album and it was called here in the real world. His third album that came out in 1991 and it was called don’t rock the jukebox. From there his fourth album came out and it was called a lot about live and in a little about love, and it was a huge success.

Since these albums he has released many others and has seen great success. He has been nominated and awarded many times over, because of his success he was even endorsed through Ford trucks. One of his proudest moments in his entire life was when he headlined the 1995 for fruit of the loom comfort tour, a deal that paid him a whopping $40 million.
